John, the omni series power connector has ben known to get loose ...the
cable end needs to grip the chassis end tightly.
First thing, I would look at the cable end connector, and squeeze it down so
the female ends touch as a circle does.
Then plug it in and see how it goes.
Just a thought.
ALSO, if you have fuses in line, ten tec says to remove them.
