Hello All--
I am trying to get a Ten Tec Pegasus operating for a widow of a silent key.  The correct software has been loaded into a computer using Windows 7.  The connecting cables are good, Comm Port 1 is selected, and the display appears on the computer screen.  However, the green RX light remains flashing telling me the computer and radio are not talking to each other, and, of course, no signals are heard.   Can anyone on the list help me get the Pegasus operating?   Thanks.  Brian  K9VKY
