[TenTec] 238 Dial Skirt

Fixed with help from Stan...

The dial skirt had come loose from the knob, si I was able to glue it back on with JB Weld. It 
looked like someone had tried previously with some inferior glue.

Light bulbs - he told ne I need #18 but those don't exist so I am getting some #1813 lamps.
12V - so they should work. All 3 of mine were "made in China" ones with no number - hmmm, 
suspect.

The tuner works marvellously so I am very happy with it now.
