[TenTec] Ten Tec remote encoder (301)

I need to verify that a Ten Tec 301 Remote tuning knob is functional butI have no transceiver now to test it on.  Does anyone know if the A & Boutputs can be checked by a meter or scope ?  Please respond off list.
Alternatively, can anyone volunteer to test this if I send it to them?
