[TenTec] Need knob for Ten Tec 229 tuner

My air cap tuning knob set screw hole has been reemed out and according to 
the Ten Tec tech I needed a new knob.  I fixed it last fall by pulling a 
larger set screw from a Johnson Brothers vernier.
Now the larger set screw has also fallen into the knob. so I need a 
replacement.  I inquired about tapping out the hole but I was told that is 
not possible.

I tried using Collins replacement knobs but the set screw is too far toward 
the front of the knob so it merely goes off the end.  None of the Collins 
black knobs will work.  Most of the other knobs I have also have the 
problem.  The Johnson Brothers vernier does not turn the air cap shaft with 
the vernier.  I have to grasp the whole knob and turn it.

I am looking for the air cap knob for the 229 or 4229.  I see something 
similar in the MFJ 2011 parts section.  Right now I have to try and turn the 
air cap shaft by hand without a knob.  Amazing what an additional 1/4 of an 
inch for the set screw shaft makes.
