[TenTec] Omni VI+/564 Computer Interface

I'm attempting to interface my Omni VI+ (564) with a desktop computer/serial
cable & either/or EI5DI's SD / Win-EQF logging programs.  Thus far, I'm
unsuccessful in getting the computer to link to the Omni.  Suggestions?
