Tony,

I've never had a problem obtaining a manual/service information from
Ten-Tec, but they note they won't accept orders via the Internet. See
below:

Ten-Tec Support - Manuals
Copies of manuals are available for all Ten-Tec products. All manuals
contain complete operating instructions. Most manuals also contain
schematics and circuit description of each board and some alignment
instructions. Service manuals are not available. At present, we are
unable to accept orders for manuals via the Internet, though we plan to
add this ability in the future. Manuals can be ordered by calling
Ten-Tec's service department direct at (865) 428-0364. Please do not
call the main (800) sales line to order manuals for older Ten-Tec
equipment; the new equipment sales department is generally unaware of
what older manuals are available and the pricing for each.
