Hi Kip, nice to hear from you again,How have you been?Everything here is 
pretty much the same,still in this dried up little old desert town!
  Sounds like you have a nice little setup there,not knowing what you might 
have into it,I don't want to make a ridiculous offer so, therefore, if you 
would drop a price on me we might have a deal.I have three other offers to 
consider besides yours.Actually I am looking for one to restore and sounds 
like yours is there already but you never know, just fill me in on it Kip.
  Are you going to take in that game today, if yes, who is your
