Yup, I'm an avid contester and dxer (when the bands permit it).  What can we 
do for you.

And NO! The OII works wonderfully running FSK.  You just need an FSK 
generator like a microKeyer or PK232 and you're in business. Notice that 
last selection on the right when you push the "MODE" button?  FSK right?

BTW, and IMNSHO, Orion is THE BEST contest radio...bar none.
