Steve,
You can get an original from Ten-Tec, should want to
that route. I believe they charge $20. You can get one
from W7FG (www.w7fg.com) and a couple of other places.
Converting the rig for WARC bands will take some work.
You will have to design the appropriate output filter,
select the correct Xtal and design other bandpass
networks.
You might be able to move 15 meters to either 17 or 12
meters relatively easily, I don't think 30mtrs would
be a simple design because of the internal workings.
(BTW, I've owned two (2) of them a 570 and 574).
