[TenTec] Omni 6 PLis 1st IF CW Filter

Ten-Tec Frends,

Just got a 500 Hz CW filter for 1st IF in my Omni 6 Plus. It had a 500 Hz
CW filter in 2nd IF when I got it. I am 60 Yrs old in poor health with
Graves Disease, Congestive Heart Failure, and very poor eyesight. I would
really appreciate it if some kind soul would send me a mail and give me a
step by step procedure for replacing filter. I know it goes on the filter
board
and there is a plug which must be inserted in the correct socket for the
gain high/low. I would have to dig throught the tech manual to find out
which cover to take off (maybe both like the Corsair) and where the
filter board is located. If you have a Omn 6 Plus and have put new
filter(s) in the 1st IF, I would sure appreciate your help. I can hardly use
a screwdriver anymore, and soldering is a thing of the past.

Would sure appreciate the technical help of someone in the know.
