Personally, I prefer a "low volume" list, as many of the higher ones have a
lot of "screaming" about who's radio is better than who's, etc.  I got some
really good help in resurrecting an Omni D from this list and really
appreciate it being here.

I am considering closing this list, or at least closing it to new members.

How many of you are aware that there is also a Ten-Tec list at
Contesting.com?
By far it is much more active than this list.
In the past 90 days, we've had about 60 messages total on this list.  On
a good day,
the list at Contesting.com has as many.

I'm not sure why this list was created, or when.  It seems like a waste
to maintain two
lists with essentially the same subject matter.

Perhaps some of you are members of both lists, as I am.

I can see "mothballing" this list, in case the good folks at
Contesting.com should ever
find the need to shut that list down.

Before doing anything, I'll wait 30 days so that all may comment on this
proposal.
