[TenTec] Corsair value?

Hi,
 
I would value a CLEAN Corsair with power supply, manuals, all filters, mic 
and all appropriate cables at $650.00. I would ask $700.00 at a Ham fest and 
accept no less than $600.00...
 $700.00 or more if near mint condition.
 $350.00 or less if the owner is a tobacco head. 
$500.00 to $550.00 if average condition with some scratches.
 
If it is all clean and you part it out on eBay, that is to sell the filters, 
manuals, power supply, rig and mic in separate auctions, you may get as over 
$800.00 but this is a bit of a pain unless you are already using eBay...
