[TenTec] Any truth to the rumor?

I have no idea if this is true.  But I hope if it is not that the guy who 
posted or AND the people who put out this information find 
themselves on the wrong end of a VERY BIG lawsuit.

This is as irresponsible a post as I've seen on any of the T-T
 reflectors.  

If we did not buy any radio that someone had returned ... well you 
can't do that with any other vendor ... or had sold, no one would buy 
a radio, period.  So what if someone gave one back?

Would you believe there are actually people in this world who 
DON"T LIKE CHOCOLATE?  Hasn't changed my appetite for the 
stuff :-)
