[TenTec] Centaur Problem - Any Ideas?

Folks,

This afternoon I brought up my Centaur, all went normally. It went back
to receive and after a few seconds went dark.

One of the 6A (it's set for 240V) primary fuses went with sufficient
energy to blacken the interior.

I replaced the fuse and all seemed normal. It tuned up with all the
proper readings and seemed fine, until I went to QSK! The relays keyed
with much more clatter than usual. It still semed to work ok, and
sounded normal on PTT mode, either on SSB or CW.

I noticed that the noise increased somewhat with higher power, although
with minimum drive (from my Paragon turned all the way down)  it still
sounded much loader than it used to.

Anyone have a similar experience, or ideas??
