[TenTec] Tentec Filters in General, 1st IF and 2nd IF

Regarding 9mhz filters, has anyone tried an inrad 2.1kc in the narrow 1st IF
position for SSB?  Interesting if going from 2.4, then 2.1, then finally 1.8
in the 2nd IF makes any meaningfull difference.  Seem as though the
additional poles of filtering would be an advantage, particularly being able
to decrease by 300 cycles each time.  Comments?
