Just saw AD5PE's thread - my Argosy 525 lost TX audio for a while, CW
worked fine.when it started troubleshooting, I was amazed at how few
parts were involved - one Op-amp IC, a couple of resistors and
capacitors. Checking the mic connector and cable to the TX audio board,
I removed and replaced the connector from the mic jack onto the board.
Next time I tried TX audio (into a dummy load) it worked! Just a
connector that needed to be reseated. Remember this on rigs that haven't
been worked on in 20 years!
