[TenTec] Omni V alignment?

There is an OT who lives close to me who is the net control for our
local QCWA net using his Omni V. During the last net we concluded that
his Omni V is off frequency by appx 330 cycles (i.e. he calls up the net
with his display at 3917.00 but those on the net using digital displays
all have to tune to 3916.67 in order to copy him). Due to his medical
situation he is unable to work on his gear himself and I have offered to
go over to take a look at his rig to see if it can be recalibrated to
bring the display and actual freq back in line. So far he hasn't been
able to locate the manual to see if any alignment details are included
in it and I am not familiar with Tentec's.

Does anyone know what the calibration/alignment procedure is to bring
the frequency/frequency display back in line? Is there an online source
for the manual?

Thanks, Ray W2EC
