John,
I have a PM1 and indeed the paint scheme on mine is
different from yours. Just below the dial the front
panel color changes from ivory (on top) to an almost
pale green shade (on bottom). Another difference I
note is mine has Model PM-1 in the right hand bottom
part of the front panel. And of course yours appears
to have had a phone jack added to the left of the volume control and
above the left hand headphone pin/jack.
It appears there is some dark circular thingy at the
9 oclock position (to the left) of the VOL control. I
do not have that on my PM1.
Facing the back of the PM1, the TenTec, Inc address is
on the left side, in the middle is the Ground terminal.
On the right hand side is the Antenna (RCA) Key (RCA)
and 12V (RCA).
Those seem to be the major differences between your unit and my PM1. I
hope that has been some help.
