Per the Titan 425 schematic, the keyer has to sink less than 3 ma
(28vdc through a 10k resistor).  I wouldn't think a 'keying
interface' is required, after all a Titan isn't a SB-220 with
120vdc on the key line.

Check your Pro II and Titan instruction manuals, but I believe
you will find that your key/keyer will go to the Titan TXen with
the Titan TXout to the rig's KEY/KEYER  input.  You'll be keying
the amp and the amp's protection circuitry will key the rig.
