[TenTec] Working

I put my hands on a Jupiter last weekend.  I thought the display looked
fine.  It is not color of course.  The overall quality looked fantastic.
The guy that had it for sale said he was selling because it doesnt have a
band scope but it definately does have one so I am not sure what was going
on with that.  There are 34 dsp software filters built in but I couldnt try
them out to see how they sounded.  He wanted $900 with no mike or power
supply.  I only had $850 with me and he wouldnt take it.

The new rig is going to be unveiled at the Charlotte Hamfest.  Since I will
be there I will give a report after I study it.  Also, if I dont find a used
Jupiter at the hamfest I am going to buy a new one.
