[TenTec] What is a Ten Tec Model 100?

While I am not familair with this unit,
I have the following guesses:
This is a marine HF unit. The bottom right knob is
labelled "Channel Selector" and has the added 4.xxx dymo labels.
Did you email the seller and ask what the knobs are labelled?
I think the upper right says QRP transeiver, which is a bit of a ???
