I think you meant "auctions" and it's not hard to get at all. We live in
America where we enjoy free[dom] of speech. That means the
government cannot restrict that which we speak about so long as it
does not harm another. That is not the case here however. This
forum is a private forum. It is in a sense, private property. The
owners of private property can indeed limit the activity that takes
place on that property. It is not necessary for us to understand why
the rules are what they are. It is only necessary for us to
understand the rules and abide by them.
Remember.............we are invited guests here, let's act accordingly.
So, in the case of this forum we can:
A - Be thankful for the people who have invested many dollars and
hours of time and continue to do so for the benefit of people they do
not even know.
B - Abide by the rules of conduct set down by those who have made
the investment.
C - Establish our own forum if we cannot abide by the rules of this
one.
I for one am very thankful that there is a place we Ten Tec nuts can
meet and discuss matters that interest us and will happily follow the
rules established by the list owner/administrator.
