I recently migrated all of the members of the tentec@qth.net list from
the old Majordomo list-management software to the new Mailman software.

If you were on the list as of today, you have been moved.  No further
action on your part is necessary.

You will receive a "welcome" message and a password.  Once per month,
you will receive a message reminding you of your password.  The
password is necessary to leave the list, or to make any
changes to your settings; i.e. digest or regular mode.

If you were a member with digest mode, that will not change with
the new software.

Please do not send any further administrative requests, such as requests
to join or leave, to majordomo@qth.net; they will be ignored
and may bounce back to you, as the old list will be phased out soon.

Please remember to send messages ONLY in plain text; no HTML, rich text,
MIME or other stylized text.  Messages not in plain text will be
rejected.

Messages with ANY reference to ANY auction site, invitations to 
participate in auction-style bidding on items for sale, or pointers
or other references to auctions in progress will be rejected, and may
cause the sender to be banned from the list.

Let me know if you have any problems with the new software.
