[TCARC-NTX] dinning

A few of us are meeting up at Catfish O'Harley's to eat.  Purpose is really
more to let anyone that shows up for the meeting know that it has moved.  

Other than that, I haven't heard anything.

Reminder to everyone - The meeting has been moved to Azle City Hall tonight,
and for the foreseeable future.  City Hall is in the same complex as the
fire and police station and such.  

Hope to see everyone there.
