The word we have from the city is that we can use the City Council Chambers,
but that will be firmed up today just to be sure.  We are moving forward as
if everything is ready and we will definitely be able to meet at the City
Council Chambers this Saturday. 

With that in mind, everyone please try to get the word out that we are going
to move the meeting starting this month (this Saturday, January 7th) to the
Azle City Council Chambers.  Unless anyone objects, I am in agreement with
Mark that we should push the meeting time back 30 minutes to 7:30.  

We can coordinate a meeting place to eat beforehand for those that want to
at this Saturday's meeting.  I think a few of us are going to go ahead and
eat at Catfish O'Harley's beforehand this Saturday so we can try to catch
anyone who shows up there and tell them where the new meeting is at.  Anyone
who wants to is welcome to join us. 

Also - Please get the word out to anyone you can.  Jory McIntosh who is the
ARRL Assistant Director of the West Gulf Division BPL Task Force will be
coming out to do a presentation on what is going on with TXU rolling out BPL
in our area.  It is important that we get his message out to as many hams as
we can, as we need to really start a grassroots campaign to try to put a
stop to this.

Are we on track to meet in the Azle City Council Chamber this month?  We 
have visitors and a possible presentation pending, so we need to firm this 
up pretty quick.

If we do start meeting there, I would suggest that we push the meeting back 
to 7:30, to give people a little extra time to travel between wherever we 
eat and the meeting site.
