[TCARC-NTX] meeting on Saturday, Jan 7th

Are we on track to meet in the Azle City Council Chamber this month?  We 
have visitors and a possible presentation pending, so we need to firm this 
up pretty quick.

If we do start meeting there, I would suggest that we push the meeting back 
to 7:30, to give people a little extra time to travel between wherever we 
eat and the meeting site.
