Yes.  You should get a confirmation letter that you
would have to respond to in order to become
subscribed.  I've been watching the server, and that
confirmation mail to you can not be delivered because
NTBB.NET keeps disconnecting from us when we try to
deliver mail to you.  After 24 hours it gives up an
you are never subscribed.  We just can't send you mail
(the mail you get from me personally does not come
from qth.net.  I use another account because of the
above problem).

Note that we are not having this problem with anyone
other than NTBB.NET as far as I know and I have
recently contacted ATT.NET (who is NTBB.NET's upstream
provider) to see if they can/will help.

At this point there is nothing else I can do until
someone on your end determines why NTBB.NET is
disconnecting from us during a mail transaction.
