[TCARC-NTX] NCTECH Volunteers needed

As promised Fred, I'm writing to let you all know that I won't be
around to help with the hamfest this year.  We'll be leaving town on
the 11th, coming back the 17th.

I wish you all good luck and good weather, hope you have the best
hamfest so far!
