[TCARC-NTX] HF operators needed

Texas Baptist Men is deploying feeding units to
Florida i response to Wilma, and needs daytime HF
operators back here at home to relay messages and
assist.

Working from the Dallas DOC or from home and being
able to relay messages by telephone to the DOC would
be great.
