[TCARC-NTX] NCTECH Volunteers needed

I'd like to do the talk-in again Fred, and I have a digital camera now
so I can do some photography too if there is talk-in relief.  And I'll
participate in the donut detail by eating of a couple of donuts.

BUT... right now, my work schedule calls for me to be in So Cal for
that very weekend of the hamfest to implement our new CTC dispatching
system... so don't write me down in ink.  In a week or two, I should
know for sure (like when they tell us to book the airline tickets, or
move the cutover date).
