Bob,
Cost is $14 now (please bring cash, exact change); and you'll need a copy of your
current license; have your DL on you for confirmation of ID.  I'm not sure how long
the testing team will stay.  If people stop showing up to test, they may leave
early.  If I were wanting to upgrade, I'd be there 1st thing in the morning to be
sure I got tested.
The testing will be in the first building on your right as you turn into the
entrance for Ash Creek Park.
