Announcements:
No December TCARC meeting.  Club Christmas party at N0JY's, 12/10, 5 p.m.  Pot luck
dinner and Chinese gift exchange.

Azle EOC Site survey, Friday, 11/11, at 4 p.m.  Anyone interested in checking out
the new EOC, where the radios will go, etc. is welcome.  We'll meet with Chief Scott
and discuss the installation.

NCTECH
Friday evening cookout and setup, to be ready for Saturday morning.  Tom, N5GAR, is
supposed to be there too.  We'll also have the club trailer set up, with an HF rig
on the air.

Saturday, talk-in from the trailer on 147.16, hamfest kicks off at 7 a.m. 
Tailgating, VE testing, programs on ARES/RACES, APRS, and NTX Section Forum.
