[TCARC-NTX] Special Olympics Event

The Special Olympics bicycling event will be held this year on Saturday, April
17 at the BN&SF headquarters.

TCARC has provided communications for this wonderful event for the last 3
years.  I would like to ask the club to do so again this year.

In order to provide the necessary coverage, we will need a minimum of 6
operators, and 8 would be best.

Please respond ASAP if you can help out this year, so that I can tell the
council whether or not they can count on us again.
