Hi David, 

I am needing information about the ham fest that is on the 8th of
November.  The website indicated at arrl.org
(http://www.qsl.net/tcarc-ntx/nctech.html) is not working at this time.
As a matter of fact, the entire www.qsl.net <http://www.qsl.net/>  site
seems to be down.  Any information which you are able to provide about
this event would be most appreciated.  Currently, I am enrolled at
Tarrant County College here in Fort Worth.  Several of my classmates,
including myself, have been studying to take our Technician and Tech
Plus license.  We are hoping to be able to test at the hamfest if the
facilities are present.  If able, please confirm that test sessions are
going to be conducted, as well as a testing schedule if one exists.  Any
information on driving directions or a map would also be appreciated.
