ARRL North Texas Section Forum at NCTECH a Success
The ARRL North Texas Section Administration held a section forum on
Saturday, November 8th, at the North Central Texas Emergency Communications
Hamfest (NCTECH). There was a great turn-out for the forum and several
lively discussions on a number of topics took place.
The forum was lead by NTX Section Manager, Roy Rabey, AD5KZ, who was
assisted by several ARRL section appointees. This included ASM Glen
Warnstaff, K5CPD; ASM Richard Bailey, KB5JBV; and NM Jim Schultz, W5OMG.
Many thanks to everyone who attended the forum and for all the great
discussions and feedback. Section forums are one of the best ways for ARRL
members to voice their comments and concerns. Your Section Manager has a
direct line to a member of the ARRL Board of Directors. And the ARRL BoD
counts on feedback from the membership for setting league policy. So please
consider attending future NTX section forums and get involved in YOUR ARRL.
