[TCARC-NTX] Tower party cancelled

Due to discovering a family of scissortail birds rearing young on my
rotor plate, the tower party must be postponed. My daughters feel
strongly about us respecting our feathered neighbors while they raise
their young. A few weeks from now, I'll reschedule.
