Participation in the weekly nets is to be encouraged, not discouraged,
and some constructive criticism will go a long way towards improving the
nets. If there are tools available to help the newcomers along, by all means
pass them on, along with any suggestions you might have. This is a hobby,
after all, and we�re in it for fun, right?
