Menu:  snack sandwiches and veggie tray, coffee and
tea.  If you'd like to bring something, you are
invited to do so.

Directions:  From highway 199 in Azle, go north on FM
730, then west on Walnut Creek Blvd (a traffic light)
to the end.  The road turns left (south) onto Redbud. 
Take the first right (Wood Lane) and it's the second
to last house on the right under the obvious ham radio
antenna tower.  Talk-in on 147.16+110.9 WB5IDM
repeater.

1. Review what has been do so far on NCTECH 2003
2. Publicity plan (flyers, direct mail, internet, etc)
3. Facility usage plan (swap area, ve testing,
presentations)
4. Education and Demonstration program plan
(recruiting and scheduling)
5. Food and refreshments plan (if any)
6. Logistics plan (parking, talk-in, admissions, set
up, etc)
7. Interagency communications and coordination
