There are several things you can do, depending on what your *willing* to 
do.

If you're using the latest version of Outlook or Outlook  Express to 
download your primary email account, you can set rules to filter and 
delete messages with certain known characteristics in spam emails, 
mainly keywords in the subject lines.    

You can change your ISP to one that uses spam filtering, like: 
 http://www.ctelcom.net

As far as the third party email accounts, I don't know other than just 
to abandon them to fill up and return to sender for a while, or just 
abandon them altogether for new ones.  

Many start new accounts, do all of the above,  and even go a step 
further and mask the return address.  They'll insert something like 
[email protected] as the return address instead of the real address and 
list reply instructions in the signature file, something like:
