Meeting called to order by Fred, N5WLA

Nov. minutes was read by Fred, motion made, seconded and carried to 
accept minutes as read.

Treasury report read by Fred, motion made, seconded and carried to 
accept treasurer as read.

President's report was read and discussed.

Motion to from committee for NCTECH '05 made, seconded and carried.

Field day was discussed

Pass the Hat netted $22

NCTECH was discussed.  Need to improve talk-in was cited, and the need 
to use more than one frequency, 146.94 as well as 147.16 was suggested. 
   Proposed date of Veteran's day was agreed upon.  Invitation to the VE 
team was again agreed upon.

Motion to adjourn was made, seconded and carried
