Dave,Fred and Mark looking to start a traffic net to link in with NTS in
Dallas.  Net will be on 147.16 and looking at a time of 7:30 each evening.
Thinking about covering NW Tarrant, Wise, Parker, Jack, and Palo Pinto
counties (hope I got them all)
