[TCARC-NTX] Study for General Class

David,

I'm game for General.  Still have to tackle the code though and I know that
will be hard for me.  (Tin ear and all.)  still no rig yet, but have one in
sights: Icom IC-T7H.  Plano is not really that far away.

I mentioned to Beverly that if she had her license (and we had two radios)
she could talk to me almost anytime and anywhere on the radios.
