Below is the mailing I'm about to send out for NCTECH.
 Please proofread it carefully and get back to me with
corrections before I send it out.

Hi, this isn't spam, as you appear in my personal
address book, and the only way in there is if I have
received email from you in the past few years.  Since
this is my ham radio callsign account, I'm courtesy
notifying everyone who communicates with me through it
about the upcoming NCTECH 2002 ham radio festival.  I
have received some royal butt chewings for failing to
notify people of the event, so bear with me, I'm doing
my best.  I'll honor any request to be removed from my
address book.

NCTECH 2002
Nov 9, 2002 7am until noon.

Returning to City of Azle Municipal Center annexes in
Ash Creek Park, 513 NW Parkway, Azle, Texas.

Directions:

Texas Highway 199 to Denver Trail exit in Azle.
Follow service road northwest 1/4 mile past municipal
center and library, turn right into Ash Creek Park.

Hamfest features:

Indoor and outdoor Swap meet, educational forums, ARRL
forum, demonstrations.

Vendor set up Friday night 6pm, and Saturday morning
5am.

General admission:  $3  includes 1 doorprize ticket.
    Additional tickets for door prizes $2 each.
    No charge for program presenters and NCTECH staff
    volunteers working at least 2 hours.
    Reservations not required, thanks.
Indoor Tables:  $10 each includes 1 General Admission.
     These go fast, reservations strongly recommended.
Tailgate slot:  $7 each includes 1 General Admission.
     Reservations accepted, not required.

Valuable door prizes will be donated and purchased
from vendors on site.

Parking is free.

Friday night vendor reception during set up includes
barbecue dinner, please RSVP in advance to
participate.

Tent and RV camping optionally available at nearby
Heritage RV Park.

Lots of local restaurants nearby for breakfast and
lunch.

Ash Creek Park includes covered picnic table
pavilions, swingsets, basketball court, and kids play
equipment, right on site for the ham fest.
