Congratulations go to Matt Muehlen for successfully
completing his exam requirements for his technician
license and also passing the morse code test today at
a W5YI test.  Matt is 12 years old and should have his
callsign within a few days.  Fred N5WLA is Matt's
proud Dad.  Matt plans to promptly pursue his General
class upgrade.
