Skywarn (NWS Basic Storm Spotter) class is no charge,
scheduled based on availability of the instructor, and
presents to any size group.

So far at our hamfests we had nearly zero
participation in Skywarn; it tends to do better in a
stand-alone mode...Skywarn class and nothing else.
The other many hamfest activities siphoned away
Skywarn class participants.

KM5TT plans to still host a test session that day if
we still have the small building facility.

I think we should plan it for the following weekend,
so as not to compete with the 2d Saturday group at
Hardins, and the big AmSat meeting going on that day.
But can we get any facilty space?

While it might not be a full blown hamfest, any
tailgaters could show up free of charge.

So we are talking:
1) Fox Hunt (Radio Direction Finding Exercise)
2) Picnic
3) Test Session
4) Free tailgater swap meet
5) Possible Skywarn presentation
6) Any other Demonstrations? (APRS, Satellite, HF,
Packet)...??
7) Any other classes? (First Aid/CPR/Intro to Ham
Radio?)

What time are we going to start? Finish?
What do we do in case of inclement weather?
How widely will we publicize it?
