The meeting was called to order by Darrel Pate
Last meeting minutes read by CJ. 
A motion was made to accept minutes as read.  
Motion carried.

Old Business:  
Signs were discussed.
Discussion of $100 fee that was supposed to have been sent to QSL.net
which still needs to be sent in.
Jamboree on the air discussed, volunteers for assistance in the event
were requested.

New Business:
A motion was made to use the WC5C communications trailer for JOTA.  
Motion passed.
A motion was made to do local area mail-outs and to use brochures &
cards to recruit local hams. 
Motion passed.

NCTEC was discussed:
A motion was made to cancel NCTEC.  Motion carried.
 
Plans for a cookout/party  were discussed.
Motion was made to table plans for cookout/party until next month.
