David,

It would be 35 or 40 dollars for a year round license plate, let me check.
It would be worth it to present at the next meeting to keep it ready on a
moments notice to move around.  Like I said, most law enforcement officers
today are interested in one thing, issuing tickets and the resulting tax
revenue.  I will take care of this trip with a temporary plate of mine.
