[TCARC-NTx] Fwd: Skywarn Recognition Day Sat. Dec. 7

If the club wants to let them use it I will get it ready.  Guess I could
haul it if needed.  Brings up an interesting problem, what about the license
problem?  The way the DPS and city police is these days I don't know if I
would like to take the chance of a ticket.
