around 2 - 2:30pm until about 4.  I'll be operating
NN3SI from the Smithsonian Institute on Capitol Hill
in DC.

Start at the bottom of the range and work up about
5kHz steps.

10M 28.385 to 28.425 range.
20M 14.280 to 14.320 range.
